A Sicilian Story of Quality
Boscolivo is an agricultural farm in eastern Sicily, set among terraced hills overlooking the Ionian Sea. Our project began with the recovery of abandoned land and ancient olive trees, followed by the planting of new trees selected to express the richness of the Sicilian landscape.
We focus on quality rather than quantity. The olives are harvested by hand while still green and taken to the mill within a few hours, helping to preserve their natural aromas, freshness and flavour. Our olive grove has obtained organic certification, while product-specific certifications, including IGP Sicilia where applicable, are shown on the relevant label and technical documentation.
