Our Story
Boscolivo is a farm located in Calatabiano (CT), Sicily, on the Peloritani Mountains overlooking the sea, near Taormina and Giardini Naxos. Founded by two engineers, Stefania and Giorgio, driven by a love for country life and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Boscolivo was born about 14 years ago with the purchase of 10 hectares of abandoned terraced land. Through passion, study, and dedication, we have revitalized the area, recovering around 250 ancient olive trees and planting over 400 new ones, focusing on quality rather than quantity.
We hand-pick our olives while still green at the end of September and transport them within hours to a state-of-the-art mill to ensure the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Since 2021, we officially operate as Az. Agr. Boscolivo, selling our first production entirely in the Sultanate of Oman. In 2022, we achieved organic certification and IGP Sicilia.
Boscolivo also actively promotes Made in Italy products abroad and was a sponsor of the Italian Republic Day event in Muscat (Oman) in 2020.
